PUTRAJAYA: Former Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) assistant governor Datuk Abdul Murad Khalid told the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on the 1990s forex losses that he did explain the matter to then Finance Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in early 1994.
